Fake Sten

Has anyone heard anything about any fake stenox lately. I've gotten a couple of reports from people using the stenox tabs and getting gyno. They sent me picks and they looked as legit as can be.

why would you fake sten? The shit is like 2$ per amp and that is in america. In mexico its probably like 20 cents an amp!
