[FONT=&quot]Today I sweated worse than 2 fat bitches fucking in a sauna of course I was working in a building that was between 110-115 degrees. I've never sweated this bad though. Almost felt like it was raining. The sweating just kept running down with no stop in sight. It would be even worse every time I got a drink. Drank a gallon of water and felt like I barely drank anything. I'm still thirsty now and prolly close to being dehydrated. Get muscle cramps every once in awhile if I move wrong. [/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Also lost like 4 or 5 pounds pretty sure it was mostly water though. I left for work with visible abs and came home with ripped abs lol.[/FONT]

never had that issue with it whatsoever but if you are sweating like that then you absolutely need to drink extra water.. the last thing you want is to become dehydrated

you need to mix in some electrolytes with your water

i suggest a product called Ultima they sell it at whole foods/amazon. they should pay me a commission for even mentioning it lol

Grab some pedialyte from the store. You can grab them everywhere. Great for rehydration and keeps you from cramping!

I sweat like crazy all the time, and AAS use doesn't help the matter for me. Not much I'm able to do about it.besides staying hydrated though

Yes I sweat on Deca... I love it though because you know it's working.

I do sweat a little more on deca. Even night sweats. I've been going through that a little this week actually.
