Estrogen Gyno VS. Progesterone Gyno is there a difference

I'm getting ready to end a cycle consisting of Test E and Fina. I have about 2 weeks left before PCT. I'm curious if I start feeling signs of gyno is there a way to tell if it is Estrogen related (caused by test) of Progerstrone related (caused by the fina). Is there a physical difference? ( Have nolva and dostinex standing by).

Sex Steroid Hormones involved in gyno:

1. Estrogen

Involved in lengthening and branching of mammary ducts

2. Progesterone

Mammary duct and ductule cell multiplication
Enlargement and/or widening of breast
Actually inhibits mammary growth at high levels

3.Progesterone + Estrogen

Causes mammary lobuloalveolar development

Not sure if I'm correct with this assumption... but I think progestrerone indcued gyno is more likely to be accompanied with lactation if estrogen and prolactin are also present (?)
