Prohormones got banned quite a while ago, and by this time the shelf lives of the remainders should be about to expire. Where did you get it from? Is it real, or not? If you are not certain that it is real, I would just in case not use it, as you may end up taking something without even knowing what it is.
Ever since the 2014 pro-hormone ban, all that's left on the market are weak DHEA based products that you are honestly going to notice nothing from.
There are basically two alternatives to pro-hormones:

Ostarine is a great SARM for recovery

You are just reading the claims made on the bottle. You aren't going to get a whole lot out of using it. I would much rather just stick to supplements for a natty guy or use SARMs over prohormones. If you want the most effective out there then just wait until you are ready and use real steroids.
