I am a competitive triathlete new to this list wondering about EPO, insulin, HGH, etc. as it relates to improving power at anaerobic threshold for sustained efforts? (i.e. my races are from 2-9 hours). Are there other endurance athletes (rather than bodybuilders per se) on this forum, and if so, do you have any recommendations re using the above?
