endurance athlete needs help with post cycle!

using GH, slin & methyltest (just interested in recovery no muscle growth-hence using the androgenic methyltest)

I was thinking of stopping the methyltest & the very next day starting this cycle:

wk1 wk2 wk3 wk4
PS----------------------mgs?
hcg250 iu's every 3rd day
clomid 300-150--------50
dhea mgs?--------------------------
{cyclofenil till week5
nolvadex? should i use it?
glutamine 20g a day-------------------------

Also using gh & slin thru postcycle
