So i think i have tennis elbow,
picture this: im doing underhand bench press ( reverse grip)
about .5-1inch above from my elbow point i have nerve issues and sharp pains
preacher curls kill me , i just ordered straps/gloves/chalk im hoping it surpresses about 25% of the problem
i might change my workout program up to a 3 day/week split to compensate
also i am on heavy dose of aas, constantly stretching areas and icing/heating elevating arm
any help/ideas??
