You're a female? If so, this is fine. If you're a male, you should be doing 10mgs of cardarine (GW) AM and 10mgs at a later time.

20 mg will give you better results up to dosage

I would definitely run 20mg per day to get the full benefit. That is where the sweet spot is for fat loss and endurance. You will only get half the results at 10mg ED
