Dull ache and tingling in my arms

I hammered the hell out of my arms this week and like normal I do a small set of pushups 3 days later until failure (I find this works well for me). Well this week it feels strange. My arms (tri's) have a slight dull ache when ever I feel it a cold shiver goes up my back of my neck. It's been like this for about 2 days now. The shiver happens about twice an hour in about 5 minutes lengths.

I know it's probably just me (my body), but anyone else have this.
BTW, my arms are huge puffed up for some reason because of this.

I'm not on any cycle currently. Just seeing if anyone else has this problem (Kinda like the black DNA strains you see in the morning in your eye called Floaters) you think your the only one that has it until you ask.

Hey i have seen those in my eyes! Sounds like a nerve you may have damaged. Give it a few days.

heh, Everyone has those floaters. They just never mention it to anyone because they think there're the only ones with it.
