I just ended my 5 wk kickstart with dbol. First 2 wks 30mg ed, all at once 1hr before workout. Last 3wks at 40mg ed, 20mg 1hr pre workout & 20mg later that day. gained about 10 lbs, strength went up very nicely but with me, dbol makes me tired as hell. I have great workouts & get super pumped but rest of the time Im tired lol. Funny how it hits us differently. I do love that stuff though. Seems the jury will always be out on whether to take it all at once or spread out. Ive done it both ways & cant really say I saw difference.
