Yeah bro, slow and steady for me. The recovery is much easier this way. To much of a yo-yo effect with heavy cycling. Heck my last cycle was 250 Test E weekly and I still had people(mostly women) questioning why I was getting so large. Little gear, the right supplements, proper rest, and proper diet goes a long way. Something you already know DG, just wish some of these guys were not so dependant on gear alone.
