Yes, sr9009 does have a very short half life, as Dylan pointed out. It stacks extremely well with GW501516

For fat loss I would actually recommend Cardarine over SR-9009. You can just take 20mg Cardarine once per day. If you wanted to take SR-9009 purely for fat loss then yes, I would dose it every 2-3 hours. I would rather see you use SR-9009 for endurance and take all 20mg just once a few hours before your training/activity.
I think that everyone is referring to the oral version with the half life.
