Does cod liver oil help protect the liver

i bought a bunch of cod liver oil, i have heard it aids your liver please help with some input

Not really, cod liver oil is for the joints and bones. Which is why it's popular with so many senior citizens.

If you want a good liver protectant try milk thistle or Liv 52 tabs.
