Okay, my ankles are gross.
I used to see people with fat ankles and think that they just don't workout.
It looks like I sprained them both, they are all puffy - but I didn't sprain them.
I don't have a high sodium intake at all (in fact, the only real source of it would be George's Triple Threat which if I recall correctly is low in it and high in K).
I'm currently on:
200mg dnp/day (4 days now)
250mg omna/day (15 days now)
.5mg IP arimidex/day (~8 days I think)
100-150mg IP anavar/day (no idea how long... awhile)
6 ppa (george's) (not sure how long, but at least 2 weeks, more likely 3 or 4)
3-5mls of GBL/night (also not sure, probably 2 weeks or so)
I look at my ankles and I just want to stick an 18g pin in there and just let them drain. it is really gross.
the rest of my is a little bloated, but not as bad as those fuckers.
is it estrogen bloat and should I get liquidex instead of the ip ari?
