[FONT=&quot]This is the first time I've ever broke out. Started breaking out about 2 maybe 3 weeks ago and it's starting to get bad on my forehead and shoulders. Also have a couple spots on chest but it's not bad. Anybody have any solutions?[/FONT]

when you have hormonal changes then its definitely possible to get acne... once you balance out, then it should start to go away

how old are you? hopefully you grow out of acne

Yeah as mentioned above your hormone levels will be out of whack on cycle, leading to possible acne outbreak. Once you conduct the proper pct and focus on keeping your skin clean.

Coming on cycle, coming.off cycle, and returning to normal levels through PCT are generally when breakouts happen due to hormone levels swinging

Eventually it will but 19-nors are notorious for cystic acne.

Itll eventually stop but its normal going on and comin off cycle
