doctor says i havean infected lymph node, can it be from dirty juice? or juice at all

i have been on juice for about 7 weeks, discovered a bump below my abdomen above my left thigh, went to dr today , said i have an infected lymph node, told him i was on juice, he is still not sure if it's caused by that, anybody have any experiences or thoughts
