When you cycle steroids, do you need to sleep more hours? After starting the cycle I feel sleepy all the time, which is strange to me, because I have never had this problem before with 8 hours of sleep.
 
That does happen to some people, so I would not be overly concerned. Also, what ancillaries are you using – this may also have the answerts to your questions.

You train hard, you get tired. You use gear, you train harder, you get more tired.
 
I am actually in a good shape, and I am cycling everything well - testosterone 400 mgs, aromasin 10 mgs EOD. Taking n2guard, fish oil, joint support. I guess that it is just because I train more and in the end need to rest more than normal.

You basically answered your own question.

You are exercising more and demanding more out of your body so you need more sleep. Simple as that.

When you sleep is when your body repairs and rejuvenates itself.
 
Steroids will help your recovery but being tired and fatigued on cycle is extremely popular. We actually had this as a topic on the last podcast.
