Do you guys shed hair off cycle?

Does anyone else shed hair in the shower? Only like 4 or 5 but i started trt in september. My father still has a full head of hair at 55 on trt for 10+ years and i have the same thick hair he does. Is this the start of mpb or am i just noticing it now because i've been growing my hair out

I lose all kinds of hairs in the shower when its long, its nothing, can't even notice it, sure as hell ain goin bald. Take some msm and some biotin, helps it grow and keeps it strong
