do we have hgh receptors?

Yes HGH binds to surface receptors, which has the secondary effect of triggering IGF-1 secretion. I don't know that there's a way to increase these receptors, but it doesn't seem necessary anyhow. I'm not sure that saturation or down regulation is at all an issue even with a large exogenous source of HGH (the half life is very short so it is not binding the receptors long). Some decent info can be found here: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK482141/#_article-22452_s3_
