Do I have gyno?

I am in my sixth week of Sus 250 twice a week and my second week of Tren E 200 twice a week and just today and maybe a little bit yesterday my left nipple started to feel real funny and actually now it kinda feels like every once in a while someone is pulling hairs out with tweezers. I just took half a tab of arimidex and was going to do so again in a feel days. But does that shit sound like gyno or what, I have never felt this before? I've done a bunch of cycles in the past from just dbol to dbol and test to anavar and even a bunch of 1-ad and 4-ad back in the day and never had my nipples hurt!!!

Doesn't sound like any gyno symptom I've ever had.

Mine starts with itchy nips and soon after I can feel a small lump form just under.
