For the last 3-4 months I have been assisting toboxing trainings, 3 times per week, and got into a better shape. Canyou please take a look at my physique and tell me if I have goodbasis for bodybuilding? I am not using any supplements at all –just train 3 hours a day 3 times a week, eat 4 times a day, and sleepwell. Thanks all.

The base is really good, and you already have the most difficult part done in my opinion - stay lean. So now you just need to gain a bit more weight, and you will definitely get great results. However, the final limit of your potential can not be predicted by these pics, because it will depend on your genetics.

You are extremely lean and in a great place to start adding some mass. I would start working on the diet now so you can add a good chunk of mass.

You have a good base and a lot of potential. With a good coach, you could go a long ways in bodybuilding. Shoot me an email if you want some help with starting an offseason and getting ready for your first show.

I would plan for a show in October 2018. If I was training you, I would spend the next 8 months doing a lean bulk (key word being lean, no point getting fat) and then do a 16 week contest prep.
