DNP, water retention, pills or starburst

How long does it take for the bloating to go away after you stop DNP? Does this mean that you lose additional weight after you stop the cycle (water weight)?

Also, do most of you make your own caps, or do you put them in Starburst (I think I read that in an article by Dan Duchaine)? If you make your own caps, where can you get a cap filler?

Also, about how much should you pay for a RELIABLE scale?
