DNP and shallow breathing

I've noticed that I'm often short of breath on DNP and that I feel winded much more easily. Is this common? If so, does anyone know what causes it and if there is anything I can do to prevent it?

I dont know about shallow breathing, but heavy breathing is a common side effect of DNP....Fumunda

I back off the dose a little once I get the swallow/heavy breathing. IMO the stuff works good enough without pushing the limits to a near death experiance. lol

i had the same thing happen to me at 400mg a day,
only a few hours of the day.

The higher the amount of fat you burn/day , the lower
the RQ(Respiratory quotient)

RQ ranges from 0.7(Almost 90% fat-burning)
to 1.0(100% carb-burning)

With DNP, the RQ stays at 0.7 and you get the
same symptoms as you would get at high
-altitude(low-oxygen) hence heavy breathing.
The lower the RQ=More carbon dioxide being released.

Not dangerous at all. This is also what happens in
ketogenic type diets when entering ketosis.

ya i get shallowed breathing when im on DNP. i have a hard time breathing somtimes even on very low dosages. but it goes away after a couple minutes.
