Excerpt: Guys, I am doing a 400 mg/day DNP (powder) cycle. Using some NYC, and not a lot of it at all, just a moderate dose, I have almost NO appetite. None. This NYC is amazing stuff. I woke up at 7am, all I have eaten is 2 cups of coffe and a protein/glutamine/creatine shake (with some ALA and EFAs) and I am NOT hungry (its 3:30 now, thats like 8-9 hours). Is there any harm is not eating enough while doing DNP? I am on day 5, plan on going 14 days, may bump to 600. I noticed today I feel

I am on day 5, plan on going 14 days, may bump to 600.

I noticed today I feel very very very tired. Way worse than yesterday.

Hope this all makes sense, I am foggy as hell.

    need?

    Well, wait a minute....

    my first concern is safety,

    next is fat-loss.....

and then "having energy" is the last thing I am worried about.

Plus, despite some people wwho use to advocate tha you eat a LOT of carbs while on DNP, I thought that was proven wrong.

My point is that yeah, even though I may be more tired than usual....... is there any danger, or any lessening of fat-loss, if I do not eat much at all?

    Again ............ WHY?

Is there a PROBLEM with eating less?

Is it unsafe? Maybe if you eat SO few cals, you lose LESS fat somehow?

I think one of the number one things you have to watch out for is low blood sugar. Also dehydration & getting your electrolytes screwed up. Drink LOTS of water and you should get some carbs in you.
