Difference between water and oil base

What is the difference between a water and oil base used in the gear? I have a couple well known sources who sell water-based shots but I have never heard of that until recently.

Anyone know the difference?

short acting fast acting and water base hurts like fucking hell and I never complain about pain.

Which gear are you talking about?

The difference is going to be the release time, i.e. water base AS are released & absorbed quicker than oils.

Never seen/tried oil base winny. I would go with the conventional water base, instead of trying something new like that.

oil base winny? who's ripping you off?

First time using winstrol so I wouldn't have an idea whether it was oil or water. I'm just used to the conventional oil found in the most common gear.

Problem w/ water vs. oil IMO is sterility. Winny seems to be the Abcess King.
