Nexus7: I was always taught deeper is better so was always using 1". Not sure that this is right or "great" but so far it works well. 1/2" just makes me worried because so much oil is so close to the skin that I feel oil absess or it not getting deep in the muscle. Not sure if that is right just what I was taught and now and used to.....
My question to all is: Is it ok to use 1" in the glute???? Was always told 1 1/2" but do not have any....
