I need some advise......
i am about 6'3'' 195lbs and my body fat is somewhere around 10% (maybe less). I don't have any gear yet but i was about to get some winny from a friend.
here are my goals... i want to gain and keep about 10 lbs of solid muscle, but i want to be cut. Most importantly, i want to get faster. i was hoping to drop about 2 tenths of a second off of my 40 yrd dash.
i'm also worried about getting tested, there MIGHT be a chance of getting tested in November of 2001. With all those things considered, what do you recomend?
