My preference is for dbol but that's because I seem to do well on it.

well dbol is an oral and deca is injectable typically

dbol would be 20-30mg as a kicker

deca would be 300-400mg a week

you should do more research on this stuff, this is easy question.

Do some research on both and see which you feel would be the best fit for you.

If you are a newbie though, your best option would be a testosterone only cycle of 400-500mg/week for 10-12 weeks.

It is really up to you. They are very different compounds. Is this your first cycle? I would start by doing some reading up on the different steroid compounds.
