Deca for joints n back injury

Maybe your overtraining... Whats ur routine looking like... deca is not gonna fix it. Increase Omegas for joints, n just take a break from swuating n deadlifting, n focus elsewhere. Be surprisred at how the body response to time off like a month. Shouldnt lose much...

Sent from my LG-E739 using EliteFitness

Just taking a month off altogether.
And will do some light cardio and swimming just to fasten recovery

Using deca has made a difference for me in terms of relief at 375 mg.But also i spent 3 months post injury working on stretching using bands and mobility of the shoulder and surrounding muscles. Then progressing to very very light weights using exercises thst focussed on stability of the joint. So patience and careful programming to work on a preventative model of exercise. Kept Lower body all compound movements AND care to warm up properly. Alan Thrall provides informative stuff on you tube. If the injury is reoccurring then get an informed sports osteopath to look at your technique and identify specific weaknesses/ imbalances that may need addressing. If the injury is current seek specialist advice before any further treatment and consider massage and ultrasound treatment if your osteopath deems it suitable.

Diet wise... as other posts have said consider suppliment with quality fish oil, use coconut oil in cooking olive oil in foods you don't heat. Eat fatty fish every day i have either salmon or some sort of ocean fish. Thaat has helped me too. It took some time to notice effect but it helps.
