Deca, Durabolin Cycle?

200 tbl of 5 mg methandienone (anabol)
8 amp of 200mg Nandrolone decanoate
1 sustanon 250 amp
200tbls of Nolvadex (tamoxifen citrate)

I'm 6'3, 215lbs, and 34 years old. I did a cycle of 15 sustanon 250's and 15 winstrol depot, while using novaldex for pct. This was 3 years ago.
Any Suggestions on a cycle with what I have?

read post 5--the androgens in the d-bol may help a bit but they are too short acting and the rest of the cycle you are f*cked

A 10 week test with 8 week deca is tried and true. Dianbol for the 1st 4 weeks is a great addition....I think you need to do more research tough......EZ
