i was reading in ironman that researchers believe that using deca puts more mass on the legs and test puts more on the upper body especially the arms....has anybody heard of this before?
I just finished a Deca only cycle and nearly all my gains were in my legs....
I had never heard of that theory before, after my last cycle I would tend to believe it was true.
AS DUMB AS THIS SOUNDS, MY LAST DBOL - DECCA CYCLE WAS GREAT FOR MY LEGS AND CHEST, BUT DIDN'T DO MUCH FOR MY ARMS OR SHOULDERS. THE TEST CYCLE BEFORE THAT ONE YIELDED GREAT RESULTS IN BACK AND ARMS. HMMM...WIERD SHIT
