Start it all the same day, two weeks after your last shot of test. Run it all for 4 weeks, but I usually extend my forma and DAA out to 6 weeks and slowly taper it down over those last 2 extra weeks.

The idea is to never feel like you have come off cycle, you just stay feeling great
