What's the best breakdown throughout the day on var.
I'm takin 55mg/day with 5mg tabs.
Should I go something like 15 wake up, 20 lunch, 20 bedtime?
Or is just 2 times a day enough, like 25 am, 30 before workout make more sense? I work out at 6pm.
Does it matter if you have more in your system at work out?
what do you guys think?
