New member here .
I am 44 , bodyfat 13% , 179cm / 82 kg , been lifting for 15 years now. this is my 8th cycle . ( I have attached a picture of how my body looks like )
My target is the following :
Gain Muscle mass and maintain definition.

I have on hand from a good source the following :
Testosterone cypionate
Testosterone propionate
Masteron (drostanolone propionate)
Oxandrolone
Trenbolone acetate
Induject 250mg (same like sustanon 250)


Can you please help me set up a good cycle between 8 and 12 weeks ( as you think is better).

Can you help me by giving me hints about my diet ?

Loads of possibilities but pretty much the above. Although I would run test and mast for 10 weeks. Possibly run the avar the final 6-7 weeks and not at the beginning.
