I want to get the endurance benefits from SR. How long and how much should I be taking to get good results? I dont have access to cardarine but SR I can get. Will I get good results using it solo ?

i would go 12-16 weeks since its non hormonal... 20-30 mg per day

SR9009 is non-hormonal so a 12-16 week cycle is fine.

Run it for 12-16 weeks at 20-30mg/day, take a 4 week break, repeat
