I train back with triceps and chest with biceps.
BACK AND TRICEPS
Deadlifts 4 sets (4-6 reps)
Wide grip T-bar row 3 sets (6-8 reps)
Weighted wide grip pull up 3 sets (8-10 reps)
Standing close grip lat pulldowns 3 sets (10-12 reps)
Perform this as a superset
Bent over dumbell rows 3 sets (8-10 reps)
Close grip t-bar rows 3 sets (8-10 reps)
Hyperextensions 3 sets (12-15 reps)
Perform this as superset
Seated dumbell tricep extension 3 sets (6-8 reps)
Bodyweight dips until failure 3 sets (failure)
Reverse grip tricep pushdowns 3 sets (8-10 reps)
Tricep pushdown machine 3 sets (8-10 reps, drop the weight and go until failure)
*Each set is a drop set on the tricep pushdown machine
