Cruising on 250mg test and cutting...

So I started my first cruise 4 weeks ago and been cutting too. When I was blasting/bulking I was eating 3600 calories and now I'm eating 2000. I'm already down to 174lbs from 185. My biggest issue is my big stomach. All my life I've been carrying around this huge protruding gut and I don't know what to do anymore. I have an ok build but my stomach carries all this fat. When I bulk it gets bigger and now that I'm cutting its still big. Some suggested I keep cutting to get to 8-10% and others said I need to put on more mass. I'm 5'7. I ate like shit and didn't workout for a long time so I know its from that but I feel like there's no hope. I feel like I'm just to yoyoing my body and now that I'm cutting I'm starting to look like I did before I hopped on test. Here are some pics....

I'd cut a little but I wouldn't do such an extreme difference in cutting and bulking. I don't think you need 3600 calories to bulk. The difference in my cuts and bulks are like 500-600 calories. 250-300 deficit or 250-300 surplus. Some go higher but IMO it's not necessary. I'd rather lean bulk or slow cut. I feel a lot better that way

I was planning on cutting for 10-12 weeks. I have a very sedentary lifestyle. The only physical activity I do is goto the gym for 1.5-2 hours, the rest of the time I'm sitting on my ass. So I'm going by what a calorie calculator website and it says to eat 2000 calories to drop 1-2lbs a week and its working. I'm not doing cardio either. I'm not feeling hungry either, think I needed a break from bulking. I was bulking for a year up until now and this is my first time cutting. I haven't lost any strength either. My macros are 200c/180p/30f.
 
The best way to loose body fat while holding onto all your muscle mass (or even continuing to build muscle) is carb cycling.

Carb cycling makes a lot of sense. Both scientifically and in a real world sense. No one will question the fact that carbs are anabolic. The problem with carbs is that too much of them will simply get you fat.

By carb cycling, you get the best of everything. The low carb days are fat loss focused and re-sythnesis muscle insulin sensitivity and the high carb days are very anabolic and replenish depleted glycogen levels.

carb cycling simply means on more active days you up the carbs, on lazy days you drop the carbs. most athletes carb cycle and don't even know they are doing it .. thats why you see guys who run half marathons eating whole pizza's after their races and stay skinny.

as far as your gut. stomach vacuuming, google it

also as men we store most of our leftover fat in our stomach, so the only way to get rid of it is to lose overall body fat. you can also get yohimflame and spray it on your stomach every morning to eat away at fat deposits
 
There is nothing to worry about here. You just have some fat to lose. With consistency in the diet it will happen. Make sure to eat at a 500 calorie deficit every single day.
 
That is some insane improvement right there. I would consider doing carb cycling, but not intermitent fasting though

There is no improvement there. Those pics are all taken the same day. Just me sucking in my stomach on some pics and others relaxed.
