so been thinking about crossfit a buddy keeps telling me to try it...i love the results from my last cycle which was tren e 200mg and test e 350mg just basically wieghts and about 15-20mins cardio....so just wanna see what you guys think about cycling with crossfit pros cons testaments and IF its even recommended which kind of cycle would be best as ive read tren kinda messes with cardio so i would imagine tren prob wouldnt be best...any input would be greatly appreciated as i dknt wanna really commit to something without some info
