Crashed gear

I received my vials in the mail and all of them have crashed. Should I complain or just heat them up and get on with it?

It could just be from shipping in cold weather man. Do you live where it is cold right now. Just heat it up and it should go back fine.

Crashed gear is still fine to use. Just heat the vial to re-suspend the raw hormone into the oil carrier
