Wow, that is crazy. Just glad you are ok brother. I would probably just drop back to TRT at this point. If you continue the tren, you will not likely be training at 100% so you will be better to save it. Just focus on recover at this point.

This is something crazy - glad to see that you made it through alive, and everything is good to the extent of the possible. The fact that you urinated on yourself is the least of the problems, and it is not even worth mentioning - this is not surprising for someone who was about to die, and there is nothing to be ashamed of.

For now, it is best to get completely recovered, and not getting the injury even worse. It is shitty, but better stop the blast, and return to your cruise dosage - in your case it is even simpler, since you won't have to deal with all the burdain of a PCT.
