In general, old guys swear by HGH and young guys don't think it does shit.

Not having enough HGH is a huge problem for us old farts (I'm 42), but once you have enough HGH (i.e. you are young), having more of it doesn't necessarily help you.

Personally I don't think it'd be worth it, realistically.. Using Anabolic Steroids increases Growth Hormone levels anyways.. I am getting on it at age 21, at what I deem to be ideal levels for me.. I will remain on that the remainder of my life (so long as it doesn't start to fuck me up somehow)

well i tend to do it out my course 3 months on 1 month on or shall i just stay on it all year round?
