confused

started cycle of sust 500 this week. different people are telling me different things about nolvadex. some say I shouldnt take it unless I feel gyno coming on, others say to take it during the later part of cycle and then clomid after cycle is finished. need more input.
help

Nolva

Don't take unless you get gyno symptoms. Usually 20mg ed for 1 week and then 10mg until symps go away is enough. Some guys will use during the entire cycle to minimize water retention. For this purpose, 10mg a day should be fine.

he's right on that one and only 2-3 weeks after do you start clomids to bring back your own test level.

That's right. I would start clomid treatment two weeks after your last shot of Sust. Run clomid for 2 weeks. First week run at 100mg ed and second week run at 50mg ed. Some guys like to throw in a third week as well, running it at 50mg everyday.
