My mate wants me to get on anadrol with him to bulk up I'm completely new to the whole bodybuilding I don't have any diet plan or gym routine would I be wasting my money or how should I begin please help
You want carbs and good fats aswell. As a rule go for 1-1.5g of protein per pound of lbm. If you post up in the diet section there are some bros there that can really help you
post up your diet in the diet section and your lifting routine in the bodybuilding section and get going in the right direction... you need years of consistency before you even talk about steroids... just get them out of your thoughts bro...
