im not so sure it is effective only for a short period of time...ive kept the inches off for over 5 months with keeping a consistant diet and training...but i know people react differently to different things

Clen really did not work well for me...I took it for 2 weeks on/2 weeks off/2 weeks on and did not see any results. That is combined with a good diet and training routine.

clen worked great for me... If you are going to do it, get some good stuff... like spiropent.
