since i am apparently mentally handicapped, i thought i would share with you all

what NOT to do

I used my blackberry to set up my account with these guys, this is a no no since you must use INTERNET EXPLORER to set up your user account. I went back and set up a new one and everything went smoothly from there. These guys are swell on cust service too, very quick polite replies to my idiotic questions.
