This is my first time dealing with them. I placed an order on August 19th, got the confirmation the 22nd and still haven't received my order. Its been over a month and nothing. Now they tell me wait 10 more days and if nothing, I'd have to wait another 21 days to get a reorder...
Shit, I already let two other people that were waiting on it with me down, not good. Thanks for making me look like a dick.
