Carb depletion

How many of you guys are carb depleting 3 days before you start dnp? I depleted before my last cycle (almost 2 weeks ago) and was wondering if it was really necessary.

i think i am the only mod on here who has even ran DNP

i would like to hear the justification for carb depleting.. the reason you avoid carbs on DNP is cause they will cause a sharp rise in body heat.

I carb deplete before hand to get to the fat burning effects quicker. I’ve had great results with 3 two wk cycles 500mg daily
