Cannot donate blood on steroids?

I am currently on a pretty big cycle of testosterone and equipoise
I know it's good to give blood especially because my red blood cell count is super high

problem is I went in and I filled out the information and they wouldn't let me give blood because I was taking steroids.

what is the best way to get around this?

You can donate on cycle but you cannot answer the question with a YES in terms of using steroids

yeah lie on the questionaire. your blood is perfectly safe to use while on steroids so you aren't hurting anyone, they are worried about diseases from needles
