You can order N2guard directly from n2bm.com. They ship internationally. I have had clients in India order N2guard from n2bm.com before and they had no problems at all with receiving their package.

Why not order it via internet, and get it delivered to your place? You will have a very hard time finding a replacement for n2Guard, since it has over 40 ingredients, including TUDCA, which is incredibely good for the liver, and at the same time very expensive. So it would take you several supplements to the least in order to get something even close to being as good as N2Guard.

You can try Liver and Organ defender by 5% Nutrition. I'm not a big fan of Rich Piana yet this product is solid top to bottom and it's $29-34 a bottle for a months supply. I've been using it for a few months and will continue to use it 365. I figure whether i'm using normal TRT or 500-750mg test it's best to use a supplement such as this to protect myself. The product is probably the most complete PCT/On Cycle support one could ask for,at least for the key ingredients folks need. I tried N2Guard yet felt it lacked the proper dosages in some categories, though i will admit it's a very comprehensive wellness product with all the systemic support it offers.

I would not recommend dbol only as a first cycle. You should look into a testosterone only cycle at 500mg per week for a first cycle. You technically would not need N2Guard on that cycle either.
