Bulking diet

Hey guys so I'm 2 weeks into my sustanon (500mg per week) deca (400mg per week) dbol (40mg per day).. I'm not feeling pretty bummed because I dislocated my shoulder this past week so my lifts will be bad for a few more weeks.

My diet has been good thus far but I want to make sure things look good for AAS standards

Cals 4000-4200
Protein 200-250
Carbs 500-550
Fat 120-150

5'10
183lbs
12%
 
That's not too bad for bulking. What are your fat sources?

Protein needs to be a lot higher!!!!! While on AAS you have highly increased protein synthesis.

Shoot for 400-500 mg a day and grow like a weed

My only real fat comes from lean ground beef and cheese

Dislocated my should Because of an existing shoulder injury.. I was benching and the thing ACTUALLY fell right out (405lbs on my last rap)
Popped back in right after I kicked a dumbbell lol
 
Bro that sounds like somethin you need to rehab lol

Ever considered ostarine? It's got some sweet connective tissue repair benefits. I used sarmssearch osta for an 8 week run and solved a rotator issue i'd had for years

Gunna need lotttts of rehab.. Back to the light stuff for a while! I will absolutely look into that because it's been hurting for a whole now.
 
^^ idk if its in my head or what but when I have body aches from a cycle like painful elbows and shoulders from throwing around heavy weights I always just start my s1 and within three days I feel some serious relief I honestly don't even care what else s1 does that's the sole reason I use it
